“The hotel is basic but it is clean, quiet and the bed is comfortable. That is really all I am looking for in a hotel. They do have a pool, exercise room, and laundry - I did not use any of that but it is available. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. One was not but you find that one bad apple in every group. I would stay there again and recommend it to those visiting Lackland AFB. ”

“The room was clean given the option if I wanted maid service during my stay.The staff greeted me and was very friendly. Loved the evening free food and drinks.Breakfast was free as well,loved the set up.I will be going to this hotel again had a great stay.”

“Hotel clean good breakfast. Only disadvantage is they are now charging for parking. It is not advertised on the website parking fee per night. ”
