    Our location is enviable, just 15 minutes from the beach walking, but with the bus stop at the door of the apartments in both directions north or south, so you can get to know any part of the island, our beaches, our customs, our mountain, as well as the wonderful City of Las Palmas, do not hesitate to ask us for advice at our Reception, we are here to help you and improve your experience on the island.

    In our Residential you will find a cafeteria with good prices, to be able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as a small Supermarket, in the area, you will find a 2-minute walk, a large commercial area with several large Supermarkets, bicycle rental, cafeterias and several Shopping centers in less than 3 minutes walking.
