  • Nuova casa con 4 camere da letto completamente ristrutturata ed esclusivamente progettata con piscina privata, situata nell'elegante area del sud di Gran Canaria chiamata Meloneras. La casa si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, dai migliori bar, ristoranti, boutique e vari centri termali dei vicini hotel a 5 *. Per non dimenticare il lungomare con le migliori boutique e caffetterie nel sud di Gran Canaria.

    Se ti piace il lusso in un posto tranquillo, senza essere isolato dal mondo esterno, questa è la casa vacanze in cui soggiornare. La casa conta sulla cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, grande frigorifero + congelatore, macchina per il caffè Nespresso ecc. Soggiorno dotato di DVD, TV satellitare, docking station per iPod e wifi.

    Si prega di notare che il quarto bagno (da utilizzare se 8 persone in festa) è nel seminterrato della villa, vicino alla sala fitness e sauna.

We have had a fantastic time here - a perfect way to spend my birthday. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed. The area was peaceful and only 10 minutes from restaurants and bars. We had 1 small query which was answered and resolved very quickly. We will definitely be back

We had an amazing stay at this place. We were two families living under one roof with three children and couldn't have chosen a better place to stay at. The children absolutely loved the pool and two of them learned to swim there. It is only a short walking distance from the beach boulevard and stores so we walked around most days. I can highly recommend as our stay was amazing and the amenities of the house were exactly what we needed for the week. A big + was the fresh bread delivered to us in the mornings. Thank you so much!

We had a lovely stay and the place was as we'd expected from the pictures. What was really nice was the free fresh bread rolls delivered every morning. The place was clean, comfortable and had loads of utensils for cooking including basic spices / salt and pepper etc. Communication was very good, and we really appreciated the fact that we could have a late departure at no extra cost due to our evening flight. Many thanks Jeff

We knew the house was located on the back side, as we stay in the area on a regular basis, yet still we felt a bit boxed in, as there is no view from the pool area. Except from this, we found the property to be more or less as expected and we were pleased with communication and cleanliness of the house, along with the pick up from the airport.

Just what we needed

Great location, well equipped villa. I paid to have the pool heated for the week and I’m glad I did. Comfortable beds and we watched the premiership football on the satellite TV. A taxi cost us €42 from the airport (we didn’t order one just got in the (non existent) queue outside arrivals. 10 minute walk to the seafront and the bars and restaurants but we cooked or barbecued most nights. We sat outside every night chatting and playing card games and there were no complaints (but we weren’t loud) but we were mindful we were in a residential area. Plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby but the larger “Mercadona” supermarket was walking distance and a taxi back was less than 4 euros. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant holiday home

Stayed at the house for a week and had a lovely time. It was a bit expensive to us because we where only a family of four, but we enjoyed to have lots of space. The pool was a good size and we payed extra to have it heated, well worth the money as november weather isn't very warm. The home had a bread delivery service, it was lovely having fresh bread for breakfast, a really good start of the day! The house look very much as advertised (not always the case) and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay
