Playa del Ingles Central Pool-View Apartment

My accommodation is an apartment in a complex in the center of PLAYA DEL INGLES in an incredible position because it is close to all the important areas of the town so much that it is not absolutely necessary to be self-driving. The accommodation has a free individual INTERNET connection. The complex is very quiet, reserved and well cared for. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay in total relaxation, the patio overlooks directly at the POOLS.
Here's why you should choose my apartment:
1) It is located just 200 meters from the beach of Playa del Ingles and Anexo II Mall and 300 meters from the famous YUMBO Centrum;
2) It is located only 150 meters from the beautiful pedestrian promenade of Calle Las Dunas and from which you quickly get to the Tropical Mall to the north and to the Anexo 2 Mall to the south;
3) The Kasbah Shopping Center is only 70 meters away;
4) The apartment is located almost poolside (see photos) which are well maintained and cared for, you can be quiet even in the presence of small children as access to the pool itself is guarded by a standard closure, in addition to large pool there is a smaller pool always suitable for children and people with disabilities as shallow, customers can freely use the deckchairs available for all guests of the structure;
5) There is a patio overlooking the pool with table chairs and umbrella (see photo) to allow you to have breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoors;
6) The complex has an exclusive access dedicated to the disabled that allows you to get directly to the pool front porch of the apartment;
7) The famous supermarket Hiperdino is located just in front of the complex and you can go shopping with the cart right inside the house, next to the same supermarket there are bars and cafes;
 8) Within a radius of 200 meters (some less than 50 meters) there are at least 30 large and small restaurants and bars, day and night clubs, Banks (one less than 50 meters away), pharmacies;
9) The point is so central and close to all the attractions of Playa del Ingles so much that it is not necessary to have a car, in any case for those who want to move from Playa del Ingles there are taxi stops and many public transport that they are really just a few minutes from the apartment.

The accommodation has a living room kitchen with large table, a double sofa bed, a fridge with freezer compartment, a toaster, 32 "TV, washing machine, phone, toaster, American coffee maker, serving dishes and glasses, pots and pans, everything you need for the beds and of course the towels and sheets in number suitable for people who have booked, iron with ironing board, safe, free WIFI The bedroom has a comfortable wardrobe and double bed which can be splitted in twin beds on request. The bathroom has a large shower with service. In the beautiful common area there are two swimming pools with shower.
Access is possible from both the main reception and the gate for disabled people.
