“Communication was very good. Any issues were resolved immediately.”

“It was a good stay”

“Everything was perfect. It was the most quiet and clean place we have stayed in. Everything we could have wanted or needed was available and Larry was an exceptional host. We fully intend to stay here again the next time we are in the area.”

“This beautiful and bright home was a great place for me to unwind and relax. The space was roomy and bed so comfy too. Great view of greenery outside the windows. I had a wonderful time! Nicest place I have stayed in. Close to shops and all the freeways. Very safe. Hosts super friendly.”

“Very clean and comfortable in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Wheelchair accessible!”

“Everything was great, just needs to be a little more cleaner and kitchen utensils updated some are old and cracked. But overall I had a great stay.”

“Pros: cute, clean, and I was able to walk to nearby coffee shops and restaurants. Additionally, I was able to walk back from a show at the rose bowl. “Very nice place to stay”

“The house was clean. We walked to coffee in the mornings. Uber took us to The Huntington and Old Pasadena. Check in and communication were great. We were here for only a short stay, but this house and location were perfect for our needs.”

“Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Very reasonable price. No full kitchen so plan for eating out or take out. We had a nice stay.”

“This spot was perfect for just me and boyfriend, although we could have fit an extra body with the extra spots. The hosts were very helpful and kind. The space was well designed and held good amenities to make us feel at home away from home. Highly recommend this spot and these hosts!!”

“all communication via an app, no phone or email. the rooms had a lot of flying insects, and the laundry facilities are actually communal and outside, which wasnt highlighhted. decor was dated, and also the kitchen and bedrooms were on different levels so needed to climb 2 steps between hallway. again not highlighted so had issues with Mrs and her eye sight problem. would never go again”

“Nice area ”

“The home is beautiful, open and spacious, gorgeous view, big windows. Our host was VERY kind and friendly, helpful as much as possible considering she was in Japan during our stay and we communicated often with delayed messages due to time zone difference. I gave Annie a number of suggestions, based on our other stays at VRBOs meaning that we were slightly surprised by lack of things provided on property. She definitely accommodated every request and will consider adding for future...
