“Super nice new hotel! We had a room without a window but we slept great! They include a “resort fee”. Not sure what that means but it was included in the price, which was super affordable for a nice place. All new tile and comfy bed. The location is awesome for old town San Juan”

“El hotel necesita de un buen mantenimiento. Las partes comunes no estan muy limpias tampoco. El piso donde hay la reception es el segundo. El parqueo esta' a 300 mts no es un problemaso pero cuandos tienes maletas tampoco es muy comodo. En el momento que te dan la targueta para salir del parque tienes que firmar un papel que en el caso te olvides de devolverla ellos tienen el derecho de cobrarte 50 Dolares... 50. No se tratan asi los clientes.”
