Nestled within the beautiful San Pedro, Belize District, this vibrant villa invites you to experience tropical luxury at its finest! This retreat exudes comfort and relaxation at every turn. Located in the heart of San Pedro, convenience meets adventure as you explore nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions including Belizean Arts, the Hol Chan Marine Reserve, and Secret Beach Belize.

The bright and bold interior boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen for easy at-home meal prep, a dining area with a table and chairs, and a comfortable living area with a TV for streaming all your favorite channels (using your own accounts). Step outside your private oasis and bask in the tropical sun on your furnished patio.

This property also comes with a private washer/dryer for your convenience and cooling central air-conditioning for your comfort.

Good Location, but could use some TLC

We’ve stayed in the area before so knew what to expect. The home was spacious and had everything we needed, but the appliances need to be updated or tended to. The microwave door was about to fall off so we were even scared to touch it or use it. The freezer door wouldn’t shut. The seal around it fell off. My husband fixed that. The faucet in the master bath wouldn’t work. My husband fixed that also. The dryer belt sounded like it was about to break. It was all the little things that added up. The worst most unpleasant surprise was when we came home to notice water all over the floor. The water bottle on the counter had a leak and we lost all the water. Not only an inconvenience to clean it up, but all for us to replace the water cost us more money.Would we stay again. Yes, we would, but I think the owner should be aware about these things as maybe the management company is not doing their job.
