“Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold.”

“Great views. Lovely staff, but not a great neighborhood to stay in. Too many homeless. Restaurants close between 2 pm and 5 pm at night. Unit is dated”

“Rooms and bathrooms smell like a fish market. Expedia messed up our prepaid rooms so we had to pay at the desk and now have to dispute the charges with expedia. Totally unacceptable. Even showing expedia confirmation and Amex debit the hotel nanager still debited my amex card again. How can you be satisfied paying double for such a poor room conditions???”

“So convenient for shopping, eating. Great for family. Room amenities were limited. I broke a fingernail and asked front desk for an emery board; none. But, there is a convenience store in the lobby and so i was able to buy an expensive emery board. If I wasn’t so lazy i could have walked to the mall 5 minutes away and gone to Target or Long’s for amenities.”

“The property was well maintained and cared for. Check in was quick and our room was ready early. I did have to go back downstairs to ask for our daily ice cream and water vouchers. “部屋に入った瞬間のヨットハーバーの景色は素晴らしかったです 夕日や夜景も最高です トイレやシャワーの水圧は問題無し キッチンの設備や調理器具等も整っていますが 使い始めに洗いが必要なものもありました 初めはありますが補充がないので 4泊以上ならシャンプー、トイレットペーパーは持参する事お勧めします コーヒーフィルターはあり コーヒー、砂糖、ミルク、塩、胡椒等なし 割箸、ラップは次回持参しようと思います イリカイの立地や雰囲気が好きで毎回利用します 静かに過ごせて、交通の便もよくワイキキやアラモアナにもすぐ行けます 今回、ホノルル国際空港からザバスのダブルラインでワイキキまで行きました 30分くらいで3ドルで行けます 駅入り口にHOLOカードの販売機があり、日本語での対応もできるので是非、チャレンジして旅の思い出にしてほしいです”
