“酒店地點很方便，Westquay 商場和 IKEA 都很快去到。客房乾淨舒適。 酒店沒有免費停車場，要泊在 Westquay 的停車場，8 小時至 24 小時 £15。房內沒有雪櫃、拖鞋、漱口杯，比較不便。Room clean 要每天和大堂說，最後第二天我直接跟大堂說請每天 room clean，她說 ok。”

“Al prezzo pagato non si può avere una stanza in cui il bagno è un loculo e mancano servizi essenziali quali phon e frigobar. Il letto era buono, e anche la pulizia era accurata. Ma il water ricavato in uno spazio minuscolo e angusto è assurdo. Colazione appena sufficiente e quasi limitata all'essenziale. Al prezzo di € 170 a notte mi sarei aspettato molto di più. Bocciato assolutamente.”

“Food poisoning the first night, rooms hotter than the sun, zero water pressure in the bathrooms. Constantly chasing staff for the most simple things. They ran out of ice. No fans for the rooms. No one collecting glasses or emptying an ash tray. Asked for a coffee in the morning and waited 15 minutes.. got up to ask where it was "oh i couldn't find you" yeah because you were in the kitchen flirting with the chef.. Could be such a wonderful place, if the staff weren't recreating Fawlty Towers”

“stayed for 1 week bed & breakfast. Checked in OK. Room size OK, but overlooking car-park with main road 50 metres away. Room furnished with freestanding pine double wardrobe accommodating full-sized ironing board, electric iron and hairdryer. space divided into 2, left side fore and aft clothes hanging rail (6 hangers),right side 3 shelves 2 drawers. The wardrobe double doors warped, difficult to open & close making loud squealing noise! the drawers were off their broken runners and operated...

“Lovely setting, great welcome, food superb, staff friendly and helpful We had the suite (kingfisher) which was an excellent room except for a radiator being stuck on in the bathroom. The lady in charge (lovely lass) managed to get it sorted as the outside temp was up in the 30’s!!! If I have any criticism of the room, a little use of bleach would have gone a long way but please don’t let that put you off. The place is very very good. This is our second time staying and it definitely won’t be...

“Room was clean. The room had working air conditioning. Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend this Southampton hotel. Location was adequate with goid access to the train station and a lengthy (30 minutes) walk to the old town center. For the American travelers, the hotel does not provide wash cloths with the towels. Odd. Nonetheless, a very nice hotel.”

“Very helpful staff. Nice to have a hotel with a pool although didnt have time to use it unfortunately. Bed was very soft which some may not mind but we found the mattress uncomfortable and very hot in the room so hardly any sleep. Other than that it was all good for a short stay and friendly staff.”
