“Despite an email exchange with the host prior to our stay, we walked in to find another family was clearly staying/living in the unit. We could not reach the ‘host’ by phone. VRBO was helpful, but insisted we photograph to prove the situation. In downtown Richmond. We could have been shot or had the police called. Our trip was ruined and our kids are freaked out.
