“I took one star off this time for the staff because of the lady working around 2 am on Sunday morning. She tried to tell me I couldn't pay for late checkout and that late checkout on the weekends "wasn't a thing". I know this to be false because I have stayed here quite a bit and it's always on the weekend and I ALWAYS get late checkout. I immediately looked to see if they had rooms available and guess what, they did! So I went up to the front desk around 1030 am and asked for late checkout...

“Ordered a Western omelet and was served a plain omelet. When I explained what a Western omelet includes, the server insisted ham was an extra $2 and clearly had no idea what I was referring to. The interaction made it obvious they weren’t familiar with the item at all even though its on the menu. It was late, we didn’t have time to argue, and the whole experience was frustrating and not worth the effort.”

“Our visit didn't start out well. We got there at 5:30pm. The lobby was not air conditioned, it was hotter in there then outside. We were then told our room was not ready and they didn't know when it would be ready. When I said check in was at 3, I was told check in 'starts at 3'. We waited about 30 minutes with 3 kids under 10 when I went back to the desk to ask if our room was ready and thank goodness it was! The room was as described and the beds were very cozy but did not have warm blankets....
