“Great property and the host was quick to communicate and accommodate our needs. There was an issue with Vrbo not sending us the check-info but the host followed up quickly. Only issue was previous people had left a lot of trash. Outside trash cans completely full and it created an unpleasant odor outside by the pool. But again host accommodated us and would rent from them again.”

“We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed this spacious home. The pool and backyard area were great and where we spent a lot of our time. Home was very clean. The kitchen is huge and really allows multiple people to be there and not crowd each other. It was about a 20-25 minute drive from Ft Myers. Grocery store right down the street. Great place for a large group.”

“Karen was such a great host. You can tell she is very intentional from the welcome basket full of snacks, the wine bottle, the small bag of oral essentials, and the bottles of cold water awaiting our arrival. Thanks for making this stay seamless.”

“We had a great stay overall! The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience easy from start to finish. The location was fantastic and close to everything we wanted to do.The house was comfortable, and the rooms and pool were exceptionally clean. The layout was a little different than we expected from the listing and took some time to figure out, but it wasn’t a major issue once we got settled. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others...

“Communication with the host was so easy. She was very responsive to all messages and even gave us some recommendations for dining out. Extra nice touch of leaving some snacks and bottled water out. Plenty of towels and linens provided. Ample parking. Nice little patio to enjoy the beautiful weather. We definitely plan to be back!”

“The house was absolutely perfect for the four of us. We couldn’t have chosen a better location for our needs. I would most definitely recommend the house to anyone. My only negative is the brick work in the left corner of the pool area definitely needs work. It is a hazard. All in all a great choice for us!”
