We have given much attention to landscaping. Looks awesome. No visibility issues. Parking lot is not ours. We lease from the city. Most cars not an issue. Upon request, we will allow guests to park in the short-term parking. Parking sign was hit by a car that weekend. It has been repaired. Yeah, tiny holes in door. Will be filled with wood filler. Tape doesn't work. We tried. We will come up with something. Stucco has been patched until contractor arrives to replace stairwell. Have been working with housekeeping to identify all areas requiring more attention. We use a line of hotel soaps and conditioners, etc. Green or not, soap is soap. What does ineffective mean? Did not see note on reservation requesting doggie welcome basket. Dog fee is not dog basket. Dog fee is cleaning fee for dog. We do not automatically include dog basket as each guests requirements are different. We will change the language to make clear. Thank so much much for your feedback, Ron. Safe travels.
