“The whole place needs an upgrade.”

“It was a nice hotel just to sleep in. The breakfast wasn’t that great and our room had some cockroaches. But other than that it was a good hotel for the price”

“The property is conveniently located to many stores and outlets. Staff are friendly and nice. As a returning customer, filling out paperwork repeatedly (same information the past 6 times I’ve stayed there this year, it is inconvenient to ask the same information over and over. Also, while I don’t have visitors, their requirement that each person visiting register at the lobby makes this location feel unwelcoming.”

“The front desk staff was very helpful and they make your stay worthwhile especially during typhoon Bavi. Thank you Connie from the front desk staff for going beyond to extend our stay and not needing to check in and giving my family a great price. Cafe Cino is also my favorite coffee shop on island. “The hotel is conveniently located, close to the beach, shopping and eating facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room that we had was clean and comfortable. Didn’t find any issues with parking, would be staying again in the near future.”

“It was very clean, the kitchenette was also very nice. Plenty of space for luggage. Shuttle was also clean and was there early, the driver was also nice and helpful as well. The room I was in, the drain wouldn't really pop back up to drain, but it was still very good after a long day of traveling. Would definitely recommend staying at.”

“Room looks clean but found stuffs under the bed from previous occupants and air conditioning was not cold, we informed front desk about it but they just laughed about it like was a joke. I asked if the was cleaned before we checked in and was told not really”
