“We loved EVERYTHING about this place! The little loft was a perfect place for our 4th grade boys to enjoy while we came to complete their Mission Project and see Old Santa Barbara Mission. I brought my friend and her son (our boys go to school together). PERFECT EVERYTHING. I went to UCSB so I'm familiar with SB and surrounding areas so I was excited to see this was a PERFECT SPOT before booking you can't find a better spot. You can walk to everything and it's perfect. “A group of 7 of us went to Santa Barbara for the weekend to run a 1/2 marathon and spend Mother's Day. House was perfect for us...great location close to restaurants, shopping & beach; extremely well equipped; room for us all; and we had the best time! I'd really give them a 4.5 for cleanliness as the floors were dirty and some dirty rags were left in the bathrooms but otherwise it was great. Beds were comfortable and I'd totally stay there again!”
