Villa Cascada, a luxury Santorini villa, is perched atop the island's stunning volcanic cliffs, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the mysterious caldera, the dormant volcano, the Aegean Sea, and the renowned sunsets. Ideally located between Fira and Oia, it seamlessly blends vibrant island living with exclusive privacy. Accommodating up to six guests, this villa boasts a private pool and outdoor heated jacuzzi for your enjoyment.

Indulge in a champagne breakfast on the veranda, followed by a refreshing dip in the pool while soaking up the mesmerizing views. The outdoor area also features a heated jacuzzi and a BBQ, perfect for dining al fresco under the stars.

The luxurious villa harmonizes seamlessly with its natural surroundings, blending traditional island architecture with contemporary elegance and modern amenities. Embracing Santorini's traditional canava-building technique, the villa is a unique fusion of sophistication and island charm. Three cozy bedrooms ensure a restful night's sleep, while the spacious living areas beckon you to spend your days outdoors.

Villa Cascada boasts a generous living area spanning 145 sqm (1,560 sq. ft) and an expansive outdoor space covering 400 sqm (4,305 sq. ft).

This level features two bedrooms with king-size beds, air conditioning, and access to the pool terrace, offering stunning sea views. Additionally, there is a third bedroom with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and access to the pool terrace with terrace views. Two bathrooms are provided, one with a shower and bathtub, and the other with a walk-in shower. The fully equipped kitchen ensures convenience, while the living room with a fireplace and dining area offer a cozy space to relax. A loft with a sofa and lounging cushions adds an extra touch of comfort.

Step outside to enjoy the private heated swimming pool (45 sqm / 484 sq. ft), which is heated during the low season for your comfort. Relax in the outdoor heated jacuzzi, dine alfresco in the outdoor dining area, or fire up the wood-fired BBQ for a delicious meal. An outdoor WC is provided for convenience, and the terrace is equipped with sun loungers for soaking up the sun. A private parking area for two cars ensures hassle-free parking during your stay. Absolute oasis with unbeatable views, nestled in the perfect place on the Caldera

There are really no words to describe our stay at Villa Ftelari/Villa Cascada. It was continually surreal to walk onto the terrace of this stunning private home and take in the miraculous view of the Caldera. This is an oasis unlike any other property on Santorini. The home is unique, beautiful, spacious and cozy, the amenities and care exceptional, and the property sits at the perfect vantage point on the island to have an unmatched view with complete privacy. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.Petros is the caretaker and he truly ‘takes care’ in everything he does, from preparing delicious breakfasts to making our 3 ½ year old feel completely at home.  I planned this family trip to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and when I say Petros helped make that day and our entire stay better than we could have ever expected - I mean it. He was available to give advice on what to do each day based on weather and to avoid crowds, he made fantastic outing and restaurant reservations, all with zero stress. He is an incredibly special person who brings the soul of Santorini to this home and those who stay there.Coming home after exploring the island was relaxing for both body and spirit, with the terrace pool, hot tub, and extended outdoor space.  At night, watching the lights of Fira shimmer on the caldera rim was magical.In our all too short stay we were cared for, refreshed, amazed, and ever grateful for a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
