“Very easy to check in. Everything was clean and top-notch”

“Discovered several issues. Staff had me try several rooms. One room had a broken shower. One room had not been cleaned appropriately. A third room had signs of pests. ”

“Literally the best hotel I have stayed at in years. Architecture was unique, high tech, clean, staff was great, pool was beautiful, breakfast was bomb and the underground culinary was a good experience also. Thank ypu!”

“First night we walk in there is police in the building trying to remove a man, as we walk in our room my daughter ”

“Overall I would not recommend this hotel. Not clean, in fact disgusting bedspread, cracked sink, did not provide shampoo or body wash, bed too soft (very old), staff not welcoming ”

“Hotel was beautiful with a very soft bed. Lots of extra pillows a nice, clean bathroom. The staff were super friendly. Everything was amazing except I will say the only downfall is that it’s right next to an abandoned shopping center, which is not their fault of course. Also, the breakfast would’ve been good except the eggs were smelly and watery which made me afraid to eat them. Other than the eggs, the rest was delicious and it had a beautiful view of the river.”

“When booking this room I had specifically asked if there was a hot tub and they had said yes but there is not one. Also had asked if they do rides to the casino also said yes but they don’t. Waited in line for a long time on checking into hotel, need more then one person during “peak hours” otherwise it was good. ”

“I always booked there when I come into Rockford for work, so things wasn't working like the refrigerator nob and tv remote was hard to control but the bed was comfortable and relaxing ”
