“We were informed at check in that breakfast was until 10:00am, I believe. We showed up around 10 minutes before that time and it was already closed. We received the incorrect information at check in and we missed breakfadt”

“Building felt new, staff were good but the cleaning could be better- saw hair in the shower, unclean toilet seat and a dark stain on the bedding.”

“Room: TV did not work - front desk manager said he would get it fixed but did not, toilet wouldn't stop running, shower faucet very noisy. Breakfast: scrambled eggs horrible, room left unattended the entire time we were in there, floors saturated with sticky maple syrup, limited selection. ”

“This is a nice hotel in a great location. Staff was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast spread was the same every day but there was plenty to choose from and it was fresh & delicious. 2 compliants, there were no plates for breakfast for our whole stay which was super annoying, especially trying to eat Belgium waffles. So we were eating off spread out napkins & bowls 🙄 and the pool was closed which was a bummer ”
