“The staff was very helpful and seem to have an attitude of wanting to help. Kushal was working at the front desk, and saw that we needed some assistance. He immediately came from around the desk and offered to help us. It was just a fantastic stay.”

“A non smoking hotel however…We had to be moved to a different floor due to the floor and our room smelling of marijuana. The room we were moved to was clean but the stench of stale cigarettes permeated . That was a deterrent in any high ratings i would give. Desk clerk was accommodating to move us to a new room, as stated, it had a stale cigarette stench. We will not stay here again. I also used Expedia thinking it was the best price.. $167. In looking at the Glo website the same room was $90”

“We had trouble with the key card to our door, others did as well. The staff at the front desk was not super on their customer service. The lady who works the free breakfast was genuinely nice and welcoming to everyone, she was the best thing at the property!”
