“Arrived at 5:00pm for our reservation. Checkin is at 3pm. Room was not ready. The front desk said another hour. We were tired from driving all day and wanted to rest but had no choice. Left my cellphone number to have them call when it was ready. So we drove around to look at restaurants for dinner. An hour passed and no call. I called the front desk. The room was still not ready. Was told, another half hour. We went to dinner. At 6:35 got a call that our room was ready. Came back to the hotel...

“I would have like to have given 5 stars for this hotel but I could not. The front desk attendants were nice but for some reason my key was only programmed for one day, making it a bit inconvenient the 2nd day when I wanted to get in my room. The pullout bed in the couch is only a twin size so my poor teen daughter, who is smaller than her younger teen brother, had to try to sleep on the couch part with the ottoman that kept moving away.
