“I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised a free airport shuttle running from 5:00 a.m. to midnight on request. However, when I checked in, the front desk clerk informed me that the shuttle is shared with four other nearby hotels and would not be available until 6:00 a.m. the next morning. Since I had an early flight, I was told to order an Uber instead. That was extremely frustrating and misleading given the way the shuttle service is presented on Expedia’s website. The hotel...
