“Handicap accessible room had a tub with limited access for those with mobility challenges. The plumbing was not working in the tub/shower and had to have a Maintenance person come the next day to fix it. Instead of repair he used tape to make it work. No other room was available. Graduation weekend and Memorial Day weekend. Staff had no way to help us.”

“For all the high reviews, we were very disappointed in the lack of amenities that would have really made the hotel a 5 star. Example: there were NO mirrors in the main bedroom. That meant if someone was using the bathroom, there were no mirrors available to curl hair, put on makeup, or check out your wardrobe. There was no free breakfast (only a high priced Bistro) or coffee available. I expected a rack in the lobby supplying me with tourist spots to see but nothing was available. And high on...
