“Got there and over booked still trying to get refund”

“Floor was completely dirty. Not mopped at all. Had to mop the room myself with how dirty it was. Assistant manager was nice. Smelled like smoke even in the non-smoking room. Beds were uneven. Half used toilet paper and toiletries were not replaced with new ones.”

“This hitel was spotless and everything was pleasent with our stay. The front desk lady at check in was very friendly and got us into a great handicap room. The next day one of the front desk guys(Anthony I think) gave me a ride to pick up my car at the shop. First My Place hotel stay. Not the last.”
