“The elevator was out on the property and they had no ice for the property all the ice machines were down not looking like any of them were ever going to be fixed”

“The pool wasn't open. The water pressure in the shower wasn't good at all. Everything else was fine - the beds were comfortable, the air conditioner was good and cold, the breakfast was adequate.”

“Tried getting a top floor room to avoid stomping from upstairs guests but they didn’t have any available and once settled in we had constant stomping from above. When trying to go out the elevator wasn’t working for hours on end so everyone resorted to use stairs with no sign on elevator to signify if it was working or not. Rooms were nice just don’t feel like it deserves the 4.9 stars it says has”

“I felt a little alienated by the whole dorm room vibe, but the bed was exceptionally comfortable, there are USB ports everywhere, and the common areas are great. The breakfast was truly outstanding with a great selection of quality offerings. Some of the other guests beside me and above me were exceptionally loud until after midnight so it was difficult for me to sleep. I don't know if that's typical or I was just unlucky.”
