Air-condition : the machinery noise is extremely loud especially when the central air-conditioning system starts and rest, then starts and rest through the whole night. our unit is #506, which is the first one by the elevator and electrical room. It is not the issue of the indoor air conditioner that under the window, It is the whole room filled with disturbing cycle of machinery noise which goes off and on every 5 minutes. “We were there two days. When we got back to our room there had been no housekeeping done. My wife went to the office to get some clean towels. She asked why no one cleaned the reply was “we knocked and no one answered””

“This property is actually a very run down motel. The three story facility does not even have an elevator! When we found this out we asked for a first floor room only to find that the room was actually UNDERGROUND up to the window sill and faced directly on to the parking lot (i.e lined up with the car exhaust pipes!) The only positive note was the courtesy shown by the staff member at the reception desk. We did not spend the night there.”
