“Hotel was really OK !!”

“Excellent room, clean and pleasant facility, fair breakfast.”

“The room was clean, and the AC/heat worked. The shower had plenty of hot water & pressure, but the tub and sink did not drain well. Bathroom needs a do-over. Breakfast was terrible. The toaster had no return tray or mechanism, so the toast fell on the counter at the back. No eggs, no tea, food stale, sausage gray from days before.”

“Beautiful suite! Fast wifi. Washer/dryer in big walk in closet. Keurig in kitchen. Nice big bathroom. My only negatives were that it wasn't as accessible as i thought. My wheelchair fit through doors, but there wasn't a grab bar near the toilet or in the tub/shower. Also the bed wasnt very comfortable. But everything else was excellent! ”

“The clerk burped loudly and didn’t even say excuse me. He was very short with me especially when I couldn’t hear him. He mumbled. ”

“Room was nice, however sofa bed was not made and I had to go to retrieve sheets from the front desk to make it myself. Usually not a big deal, I had already been down to the lobby to unload the car so making another trip after a long day was irritating. Coffee was decaf in the room and one of the coffee machines in the lobby didn’t work making it a long wait to get coffee in the morning. ”

“This property is actually a very run down motel. The three story facility does not even have an elevator! When we found this out we asked for a first floor room only to find that the room was actually UNDERGROUND up to the window sill and faced directly on to the parking lot (i.e lined up with the car exhaust pipes!) The only positive note was the courtesy shown by the staff member at the reception desk. We did not spend the night there.”

“The images online are very misleading. The Econo Lodge part is the outdated two story building in the back, not the one in the front. Anyone, hotel guests or not, can access the building. Your room door is the only door you can lock. The carpet was like soaked in smoke even when it claims to be a smoke-free facility. The first room we were assigned was not cleaned yet. Though the front desk staff immediately changed the room for us, the second room was only slightly better with empty trash can...
