“The room was dusty. The bathroom toilet had hairs on it including the bathroom door. The shampoo bottle pump was empty and also had long hair stuck on the pump. I haven’t stayed on an embassy suites in a long time but I will not recommend this hotel to anybody nor will I return. I will continue to stick to Hyatt Regency and Loews Hotels.”

“Nice cheap motel on Ocean drive, close to beaches and on the way to Padre Island. Room was new and clean, though still lacking some details, like hangers - but I guess it'll be fixed soon. Staff was nice and kept asking how was our stay and how was the new bed”

“Arrinving you can see the lackof maintenanse in the building. In the room air is wierd, start to cool and goes to tep set but to start again to cool down it let the room warm a little and start again. Mattress is very soft so no support and pillows the same. Breakfast is very but very simple, one fruit and some bagels milk and cereal. Did not see the SPARK”

“This is the second holiday inn i have stayed in this month. although this hotel is old need updates. the room was cleaner than the previous hotel. The bathroom in the lobby both toilets clogged and smelled horrible. breakfast was ok. i guess i got what I paid for ”

“The front desk staff were not friendly nor attentive; poor customer service for the entirety of our two day stay. The room was clean enough but built up filth in the corners of the bathroom floor. The beds were uncomfortable; hard mattresses with very little padding and minimal bedding. Little to no sound proofing in the rooms. We could hear the conversations of the family staying in the room next to us as well as every bump, laugh and yell, as I’m sure they heard ours. The housekeeping staff...

“First time ever staying here and the place was really nice. That air conditioner was really good really cold. The staff helped me out a lot and answered all my questions on all I it’s a pretty good place. Definitely coming back again and also keep up the good work guys.”
