“The property was super clean in room and in the common areas. My family thoroughly enjoyed the locations indoor pool and 4 hour long daily breakfast hours. 24hr restaraunt in the next parking lot over including a full service gas station. The staff was super friendly. The location is minutes from Midway Airport. The location is great for anyone driving and has easily accessible free self parking.”

The entire property feels neglected, with worn-out facilities and a general lack of cleanliness and upkeep. Housekeeping is only provided every four days, and even then, they simply empty the trash and replace the towels. The only issue was that when rooms were cleaned they made the bed emptied the trash and replenished towels but did not remove and replace dirty glasses and mugs or wipe down bathroom sink and coffee station area in our room.”
