“The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha.”

“The hotel is beautiful, incredibly clean, and very easy to navigate. What truly sets it apart, though, is the staff.. they are absolutely amazing, caring, and super helpful. I had an extremely stressful arrival to Chicago, but the entire team went out of their way to check in on me every time I was coming or going. They are so personable and compassionate, and they turned a rough start into a wonderful stay. Highly recommend and I extend my appreciation With much gratitude to all the lovely...

“The room was ant infested. The ants got into our new can of $46 formula which weh and all over items on tv counter. Once I got up and started moving around the ants were in our bed and bags. I requested a new room and was given one. The shower had shampoo smeared on wall and all over dispenser as if it weren't cleaned prior to our arrival. All I was given was free parking since I booked through a third-party.”

“did not like that I found hair in the shower, and there were not enough towels. I called the front desk to ask for more towels for my children, and they told me they would send them right away, but more than an hour passed and nothing arrived. I called again, and they told me I had to go pick them up at the front desk. I definitely will not return to this hotel. The rooms are cleaned every two days, one of the pillows did not have a pillowcase, and our experience was not good.”
