“The bathroom was not cleaned prior to whoever used the room before because the toilet had hairs on it and the toilet paper roll was basically gone. Weird stains on the floor and door was chipped and there were several objects in room that had loose parts like falling apart. I called the front desk; the sole person on duty was unable to bring me a remote, and I didn’t want to get redressed to go to the front desk. “They charge Elite members $25 for early check-in. It was 1pm. They had the room but didn't want to offer it complimentary. Marriott Elite offerings have gone down over the years, so I started booking Hilton who has no problem offering me an early check-in. They do not offer daily housekeeping, so not sure where that money is going. The fitness room had 2 elliptical machines out of order. The rooms are dated. This is my last stay at Marriott. I am canceling the Canada hotel and booking Hilton....

“We arrived at the hotel early and we were allowed to check in early which was very accommodating. We were initially in a ground floor room, but we requested to be in a higher room and they did oblige. The property was clean and the new decor was very beautiful. The staff was friendly and professional. Would recommend.”

“I book 2 queen with microwave and fridge because my son has a special needs and he has medicine that needs to put into the fridge And the owner eats special things so it has to be warm up in the microwave On arrival, they said they don’t have queens room that have microwaveis only the king So they switch me to king with asking me is a case of four of us wanna reach upstairs I saw that they switched me to a king. “I was hesitant to book here because of some of the reviews and the location and exterior look of the property. But it surpassed all expectations! Great staff, clean, and the bathroom especially was nice with a little bow they leave on the toilet paper and nice big and hot walk in shower with actual bottles of pumpable soap instead of cheap little bars. Plentiful parking too. Loved it!”

“Staff was professional and responsive. I DID get charged $25./night for parking in a HUGE surface lot shared by 4 hotels, and I drove around a lot before finding a space pretty far from my hotel.”
