“Not luxurious at all. The room was dingy and felt dirty. The shower floor looked like a dorm room shower floor that had never been cleaned. Many things were broken or didn’t work. Paint peeling off of outlets and just looked like it needed major updating overall. The best part was that we had a man outside in his car all night (who was assumed to be a staff member) in his vehicle blaring music. When we called to report this, the staff member at the front was very sweet and prompt at going out...

“Probably one of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk closes which I never heard of at a hotel. The night staff are rude. Tells you to call a number on wall if you need assistance when you call they let you know they’re closed ain’t can’t help you until 8am. 8am came & went & front desk was still not open. Ran out of tissue needed more staff told us to go buy some from the store. Couldn’t get fresh towels from the house keeper because she didn’t want to. They don’t even have a...

“The room wasn’t well clean. I noticed a used plastic fork and a Cheerio on the floor. The staff was nice however the cleanliness needs to be improved.”
