“The rooms are very small. The heat did not work when I told the staff of the heat was not working. I thought maybe they will put me in another room instead they brought me a small heater that was cracks in the walls cracks around the headboard just nasty.”

“Property is so clean and very well taken care of, front desk is also very kind and very friendly with how they go about making there stayers feel, I can’t stress enough how much they’ve really made the stay 10x better. Definitely coming back often.”

“This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in. I left the next day. There is no one at the front desk during certain hours. The toilet was leaking from the bottom water was all over the floor. The employees are rude. People live in the hotel. People had dogs in the hotel which I’m allergic to I broke out in hives. The towels were dirty. I have stayed at other Extended Stays before this was the worst one. Strange people were walking the halls all night I did not feel safe at all. If I could rate this...

“No lo recomiendo para nada mi experiencia fue mala el primer día llegué y me querían dar una habitación con mal olor al lado de otra donde había una persona muerta y la policía estaba ya allí mucho olor a cigarrillo en las habitaciones se metía todo ese olor ai habitación mucha gente rara drogadictos en fin no lo recomiendo para nada muy mala la experiencia”

“I booked Extended Stay because of location and an included breakfast, as was stated in Expedia. I was extremely disappointed to find out there was no real breakfast. It was coffee, a fake fruit stuffed granola bar or a mini muffin and you are only allowed 1 cup of coffee. Expedia should make clear that when a place of stay advertises, 'breakfast included," it is exactly that. We had a full kitchen in our room. “I was very appreciative of the cleanliness of the hotel and room. The front staff ( male ) was very nice and helpful. it was really quit there especially for a Saturday night. I believe they can work on the amentities when it comes to breakfast and even putting a pool in but I understand that they keep the prices low for a reason. overall I would stay there again and was very appreciative of the cleaniliness oh also I was able to bring both of my dogs.”
