The staff has been so accommodating to us my mother has been in the hospital here in Chicago and we have been here for almost a week since we live 2 hours away. All of the managers and girls at the desk are amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. Very clean I would give 10 stars if it allowed! ”

“Property is so clean and very well taken care of, front desk is also very kind and very friendly with how they go about making there stayers feel, I can’t stress enough how much they’ve really made the stay 10x better. Definitely coming back often.”

“The breakfast did not offer fresh fruit which should be provided. The pool was very cloudy. We had to switch rooms after 3 nights because our heater stuck on and would not shut off. There were many different sounds that kept us up through the night. When we were leaving, there was a company cleaning a room that had a fire in it!! The staff was very accommodating though. ”

“Worst hotel I have ever been to. Tried to check in at 1pm, but they let the people before us stay past 2pm. I had 6 people on my reservation, the booking said it slept 6 people. It didn’t. It slept 4. I had to ask for a roll away bed, which only sleeps 1. We were already down a bed. Extra linens were requested and never gave. I had to check in at 12am, and when I got into the room, the ceiling was falling in and water was running from the ceiling in multiple spots. The lady at the desk was going...

“Colazione nella norma. Camere pulite anche se in tre giorni non sono mai passati a pulire e sistemare la camera. Neppure cambiato gli asciugamani. Al secondo giorno sono dovuta andare io a chiederli puliti. Per il resto un po’ lontano da Downtown ma è stata una nostra scelta personale perché i prezzi in periferia sono decisamente più bassi”

“A positive thing was the staff, they are incredibly helpful and quite nice. However the rooms are not cleaned very well, positive is there is no bugs at this place. However like I said a bit too dirty for me. That said I would feel comfortable being here for a night but anything longer than that is pushing it. Also the lock was barely holding on.”

“We stayed here for one night to celebrate our recent marriage. Giant hotel- took us a long time to get to our room but we loved the quietness and privacy of our room. Beautiful hotel and property, friendly staff and the McDonald’s “Easter eggs” were fun to find. We will hopefully be back soon to explore and enjoy this property and all its amenities!”

“I don’t recommend this place under any circumstance Breakfast not good they have an over aggressive man that stands over you while making your food they will have to switch your room more than once because there always something not working if not the heat or air it’s the hot water I have video footage of mice running in hallways reported it to staff and was told to put a bath towel by our door staff rude and disrespectful and unprofessional management stood at their front desk using profanity...

“The TV unfortunately was outdated. Unable to connect any streaming services. The guide was terrible as it only had the tv codes and no description. Internet was terrible.”

“Hotel comodo se ci si deve muovere in zona, un po' meno per visitare Chicago, visto il traffico intenso che richiede almeno un'ora per arrivare in centro. L'hotel è pulito come la camera, ma il servizio di pulizia camera pare sia a richiesta. Su 5 notti, la camera è stata rifatta 2 volte quando è stato da noi richiesto alla reception. La colazione è standard, yougurt, bagel, waffle. Alcuni piatti caldi a rotazione, tipo le uova. Caffè sempre disponibile. ”
