“No breakfast included, at that rate it should have been. Clean comfortable rooms. Staff mostly friendly but not overly outgoing. Lots of teens/young adults in the lobby due to it being new year's eve, just loud and there didn't seem to be any staff keeping control. Mostly people just hanging out listening to loud music, treating the common area as their personal space. Uninviting in my opinion. But overall a good stay. Not sure we would stay there again, but definitely not on a holiday weekend.”

“Hotel smelled musty cotton balls, our room reeked of must an smoke. Very poor cleaning was done in the room. Lamp cord even had clumps of dust, the tiles around the Jett tub and on the floor were broke, Jett tub wasn’t fully functional as some of the jets didn’t even work. The bed had 5 small pillows an no large ones which was weird. Bathroom sink was cracked. Breakfast was a joke, we went down around 8am an it didn’t end until 9am but they were almost out of Everything a didn’t bother to refill...

“If they give you room number 307 please do not take that room. T.v. is completely broken and the staff knew this before booking and still gave the room out. The bathroom door is literally falling off the henges. It look like there was a full blown out fight inside that room and no staff has taken responsibility to fix the room. ”

“Room was clean, bed comfortable. The person that checked us in was not very nice. There was a fire alarm at around 11pm. Nothing was said to us--we just made our way outside to wait. More communication would have been good; people were asking the fire department what was happening, and they were kind enough to let us know something. I won't be staying here again.”

“Upon arrival, the hotel had people almost everywhere in the parking lot. Entering the lobby, the hotel had the most potent smell of body odor in the common areas; the lobby, halls, and elevator. The elevator was scary. Every time I got on the elevator I was saying a silent praying because of how shaky and off track it felt. There was a big deposit for the room on top of how much the room was, which was ok but I have stayed in FAR better establishments for a wayyy cheaper price. The first room we...

“The complementary breakfast and happy hour was the best. My son loved that he got to swim every day. Furniture in rooms a little weathered but clean. Fine.”

“We did not stay here. We arrived at 10pm, parking lot dark, front desk was closed, did not look safe. We never checked in and should not have been charged.”

“Exterior and walking in, the property looked nice. Upon getting to our room, the carpet was significantly stained, as well as the mattress. The only reason I noticed the matress stain was becuase the bed linens were not pulled on all the way. There was a bandaid stuck to the shower wall...gross. The blinds were broken and didnt close all the way. My husband, being handy, ended up fixing the blinds so now those are workikg for the next guests!
