“I don’t recommend this place under any circumstance Breakfast not good they have an over aggressive man that stands over you while making your food they will have to switch your room more than once because there always something not working if not the heat or air it’s the hot water I have video footage of mice running in hallways reported it to staff and was told to put a bath towel by our door staff rude and disrespectful and unprofessional management stood at their front desk using profanity...

“The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was very good and they make omelets to order which I thought was awesome. I would definitely go back there.”

“Upon checking in the Parking lot was full of cars for the club and there was two big coach buses taking up the rest of the lot the next morning breakfast was little to none due to guest on the buses grabbing as much as possible soon as they refilled all the food , last but not least as I was laying in bed watching tv a housekeeper walked right into my room without knocking and this was before 10am I thought it was my husband returning from breakfast smh would I stay here again NEVER”

“The room was DISGUSTING. Carpet had dirty stains all over. The room smelt terrible. As soon as you walked in you could smell the mustiness. It was gross and disgusting. Thank god I only stayed for a short period of time. Stay far away, not worth the money in the slightest. The pics are deceiving. Also, the front door locks after a certain amount of time but the phone to contact the staff doesn’t work. We were stuck outside for 30 min before we were able to get a hold of someone. Will never...

“Un'ora per fare il check in e conto alla fine sbagliato. Dopo 6 ore stanno ancora lavorando per risolvere ”

“Colazione nella norma. Camere pulite anche se in tre giorni non sono mai passati a pulire e sistemare la camera. Neppure cambiato gli asciugamani. Al secondo giorno sono dovuta andare io a chiederli puliti. Per il resto un po’ lontano da Downtown ma è stata una nostra scelta personale perché i prezzi in periferia sono decisamente più bassi”

“The rooms are very small. The heat did not work when I told the staff of the heat was not working. I thought maybe they will put me in another room instead they brought me a small heater that was cracks in the walls cracks around the headboard just nasty.”
