Hotel vicino a Twin Lakes Golf Course - Chicago

“Colazione nella norma. Camere pulite anche se in tre giorni non sono mai passati a pulire e sistemare la camera. Neppure cambiato gli asciugamani. Al secondo giorno sono dovuta andare io a chiederli puliti. Per il resto un po’ lontano da Downtown ma è stata una nostra scelta personale perché i prezzi in periferia sono decisamente più bassi”

“Property is so clean and very well taken care of, front desk is also very kind and very friendly with how they go about making there stayers feel, I can’t stress enough how much they’ve really made the stay 10x better. Definitely coming back often.”

“The called “restaurant and bar” is tiny, and there is not food 24/7 as advertised. Not enough room to eat breakfast and was very average. Room was cleaned but it is very small and the location of the bathroom very awkward, no microwave in kitchenette area. Gym tiny.”

“The hotel was nice, but is now a bit outdated. Rooms need a makeover as sink, shower and couch are old. What I really didn't like were the pillows and mattress. But good value for price I paid”

“Hotel comodo se ci si deve muovere in zona, un po' meno per visitare Chicago, visto il traffico intenso che richiede almeno un'ora per arrivare in centro. L'hotel è pulito come la camera, ma il servizio di pulizia camera pare sia a richiesta. Su 5 notti, la camera è stata rifatta 2 volte quando è stato da noi richiesto alla reception. La colazione è standard, yougurt, bagel, waffle. Alcuni piatti caldi a rotazione, tipo le uova. Caffè sempre disponibile. ”

“So apparently this property allows tenants to rent by the week. All day and all night the tenants would congregate right behind the office and talk and yell so loud that anyone trying to do business. Oh I forgot about the barking dogs and the different tenants yelling at either the dogs/children to be quiet and or behave. I reported it to the front desk and finally around 12:45 am the noise stopped!”

“Had an issue with the staff at the front desk. I ask for my room to be cleaned as I didn’t know that they don’t change the sheets unless you asked them to. I called them on Friday to tell them my sheets was never changed but the bed was made. She never apologized she just said at the Marriott you have to ask for sheets to be changed. I told her if I was told that I would have known when I asked for my room to be cleaned after being there for 4-5 days by then. She replied well…that’s just how it...

“Not Satisfied with the room.”

“So there was an incident while my wife was drying her hair w/ the hair dryer, the electrical fuse burned out. It destroyed her hair dryer. And it was a regular hair dryer. Not some fancy one needing more power than usual. The maintenance guy who was working at the time helped us out immensely. He even helped us communicate with the front desk in getting us a new room. So that deserves high praise. One bad note is that our top bed sheets smelled like urine. Luckily, we were transferred to...
