“Great staff, clean, modern room, great breakfast. Pool was too cold for my children to go in. I specifically chose this hotel for the pool amenities. ”

“The room didn’t appear dirty, but it smelled bad and felt unclean even after housekeeping. I did not feel comfortable staying. I was booked for five nights but left after one, even payed for the 2nd night I didn’t use because I wanted to leave that badly. The front desk was also defensive when I raised these concerns. I booked this hotel partly because Expedia listed it as popular with solo travelers, but as a woman traveling alone, that did not reflect my experience. The environment felt...
