“I pay similar price for much more amenities. Floor is hard wood, no carpet. There is no breakfast, no gym, no pool. Some lights were not working. Bathroom did not have body wash, conditioner and we had to ask front desk for shampoo. They gave us bars of soap, but was not even scented. This is first time I see a hotel with no coffee offered either in the room or in the lobby. Laundry room behind the front desk was dirty and trash on the floor. “The hotel is beautiful, incredibly clean, and very easy to navigate. What truly sets it apart, though, is the staff.. they are absolutely amazing, caring, and super helpful. I had an extremely stressful arrival to Chicago, but the entire team went out of their way to check in on me every time I was coming or going. “You can definitely tell this is an older hotel that hasn't been maintained all that well. The halls and elevators could use some TLC. The staff was scarce. The whole atmosphere seemed a little uninviting. All that being said, the stay was just ok.”

I called the front desk to ask for more towels for my children, and they told me they would send them right away, but more than an hour passed and nothing arrived. I called again, and they told me I had to go pick them up at the front desk. I definitely will not return to this hotel. The rooms are cleaned every two days, one of the pillows did not have a pillowcase, and our experience was not good.”

“This is the worst Super 8 that I’ve ever been to. They have no public restroom inside the lobby. When we got to the room there were no towels. The air conditioner made so much noise it kept us up most of the night. Breakfast is a joke. They offer package cinnamon rolls that were stale. Good Luck”
