“My trip started out with me booking the wrong day. Epic fail for a long day of driving! Kaila at the front desk was the most helpful person I have encountered in hospitality ever! She went over and beyond to help us get into a room for the night working with the Expedia customer service to get us squared away. Mr Patel had made this hotel top tier! The feel and ambience of the hotel was fabulous. Nice calming jazz playing throughout the hotel. The breakfast was very good. Very nice, clean rooms....
