Hotel vicino a Waterfall Glen Forest Preserve - Chicago

“I pay similar price for much more amenities. Floor is hard wood, no carpet. There is no breakfast, no gym, no pool. Some lights were not working. Bathroom did not have body wash, conditioner and we had to ask front desk for shampoo. They gave us bars of soap, but was not even scented. This is first time I see a hotel with no coffee offered either in the room or in the lobby. Laundry room behind the front desk was dirty and trash on the floor. This more like rental apartment than a hotel room. I...

“The hotel is beautiful, incredibly clean, and very easy to navigate. What truly sets it apart, though, is the staff.. they are absolutely amazing, caring, and super helpful. I had an extremely stressful arrival to Chicago, but the entire team went out of their way to check in on me every time I was coming or going. “did not like that I found hair in the shower, and there were not enough towels. I called the front desk to ask for more towels for my children, and they told me they would send them right away, but more than an hour passed and nothing arrived. I called again, and they told me I had to go pick them up at the front desk. I definitely will not return to this hotel. The rooms are cleaned every two days, one of the pillows did not have a pillowcase, and our experience was not good.”

Al secondo giorno sono dovuta andare io a chiederli puliti. Per il resto un po’ lontano da Downtown ma è stata una nostra scelta personale perché i prezzi in periferia sono decisamente più bassi”

“I would not recommend this hotel. The property was extremely unclean. There was a dead bug on the AC unit in our room, and the bed was in poor condition, which forced us to request a room change. The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. There were old mattresses left in the hallways and even a couch sitting in the parking lot. The entire place looked neglected and felt more like the setting of a scary motel than a hotel. Cleanliness and maintenance clearly are not priorities here....
