“Overall a great location in a bad part of town. The hotel is more of a motel - it can’t help the area around it has become seedy. Hotel staff friendly and professional. Room was spacious, clean, and very quiet. Surprisingly comfy beds!! On site laundry which we did not use but was very popular. If you don’t mind staying a night or two in a less desirable area, you’ll have a decent stay here. Only 20 minutes from Pike Place.”

“The Courtyard strikes you as new, and the underground parking is a welcome amenity. My room impressed me with its eight sets of lights, a good indicator of its thoughtful design. It featured two comfortable queen beds and a useful sitting area with a pullout couch. Having two Samsung TVs and reliable internet speeds for streaming Netflix was also a bonus. Considering the room rate, I felt I got great value, even if I wished for complimentary breakfast and parking.”

“Check in was easy. Staff were friendly and they were helpful with suggesting public transportation to get to Downtown Seattle. The room was great for the night. My only conplaints are that we did not have hot water to shower with and the frost on the bathroom window was peeling. I dont know if there are people who live behind the building but it made me uncomfortable that someone would have the ability to see in the bathroom. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay and staff at Beston. I would stay...
