“Wasn’t told there was construction going on when booking- and the whole hotel was under construction. Very poor service and amenities.”

“Everything was great except the noise. Lots of drunk people yelling from the street below, we were on the 4th floor and still loud. Would advise you ask for a room opposite the Fore Street side.”

“Room was very clean, nice hot shower and quiet for sleeping. Staff very welcoming. Breakfast choices good. Will stay again next time!”

“Personale al check-in per nulla disponibile e burbero, la camera lascia molto a desiderare, letto matrimoniale ma di misura una piazza e mezzo, le luci sui comodini una non faceva, il frigo solo luce accesa ma non raffreddava, nel letto tirare giù le coperte, sembrava ci avesse già dormito qualcuno da quanto era disfatto. Nel bagno mancavano bagnoschiuma e cuffia per doccia. ”

“Booked two queen bed only to end up with a queen and a pull out couch. I was told when I pointed this out that “ sometimes to booking sights don’t specify. Pull out couch is considered a second twin”. I was really disappointed but I did let it go. If anyone cares to follow up, I can give you the name of the individual who told me this.”
