Immer wieder gern

Danko ist als Vermieter nicht zu ersetzen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich während des gesamten Aufenthalts "betreut". Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig, zudem ist es der ideale Standort für Unternehmungen und Ausflüge. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Excellent séjour

Très bel appartement avec vue magnifique sur la mer. Très belle piscine. L'hôte Danko aux petits soins pour les locataires. Nous avons visité les lagons bleus, les cascades de Krka et les lacs de plitvice, magnifiques paysages.

Ferienwohnung mit traumhaften Meerblick

Sehr netter Vermieter, der gut Deutsch spricht. Der Vater der Vermieterin kümmert sich um alles. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Toller Meerblick vom Balkon. Traumhaft ist die Gemeinschaftsterrasse mit dem Pool. Von hier hat man einen unbeschreiblichen Blick auf das blaue Meer. Es steht eine Espressomaschine zur kostenlosen Verfügung, an einem großen überdachten Esstisch können die Gäste sitzen und Mahlzeiten einnehmen. Die Ferienwohnung ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die interessante Umgebung. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub im Haus Belvedere. Danko hat uns herzlich empfangen, das einchecken absolut problemlos, trotz dass wir in der Nacht erst angekommen sind. Bei Ankunft wurden wir dann mit frisch gebackenem Kuchen und kaltgetränken überrascht. Danko's liebe Frau hat in den zwei Wochen sogar mehrmals für alle Gäste gebacken, nicht nur die Kinder haben sich gefreut :-) Wir haben in der Wohnung Sunny gewohnt. Die Küche dort ist zwar klein, war für uns aber kein Problem, da wir die meiste Zeit auswärts gegessen haben. Der Pool und die outdoor Küche sind der Wahnsinn, ein großer Grill kann ebenfalls genutzt werden. Wir haben jeden Tag genossen. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Erstmals in Kroatien und total Begeistert

Tolle Betreuung vor Ort durch die Hausherren, die jederzeit Ansprechbar und mit Rat und Tat zu einem gelungenen Urlaub beigetragen haben! Alles echt tip top gewesen. Schöne Umgebung, man kann kulturell viel erleben und echt gut entspannen. Danke an Nada, Diana und Danko für tolle 3 Wochen!

Super schöner Familienurlaub in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Zwar wurden ein paar der angekündigten Services (Frühstück, Brötchen, Grillen z.B.) nicht (mehr) angeboten, aber das hat uns auch gar nicht gefehlt. Gerne wieder!

Es war traumhaft!!

Wir waren knapp 6 Tage mit unseren beiden Kindern in der Villa und es hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben im Vorfeld über Diana (Eigentümerin) einen Transfer vom Flughafen gebucht und es hat alles super geklappt. Goran, der Fahrer, hat bereits mit einem Schild auf uns am Flughafen gewartet und konnte perfekt englisch sprechen. Als wir in der Villa ankamen, gab es frisches Obst und es stand ein selbst gebackener Kuchen im Kühlschrank, worüber sich die Kids natürlich sehr gefreut haben :) Die beiden Zimmer haben jeweils ein eigenes Bad und sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küchenzeile ist zwar sehr klein, aber mit Geschirrspüler, den wir auch genutzt haben. Das einzige kleine Manko war der Kühlschrank im Zimmer, dadurch konnte ich ein paar Mal schlecht einschlafen, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell an das Geräusch. Danko, der Eigentümer, war sehr freundlich und hat uns alles gezeigt und uns sogar sein Auto angeboten, damit wir den Einkauf nicht schleppen mussten. Der Ausblick vom Pool ist so schön, das man gar nicht mehr nach Hause möchte. Der Ort Trogir ist sehr klein, aber schön. Das Meer ist quasi vor der Tür und es gibt sehr gute Restaurants. Danko's Sohn Petar ist ein Reiseguide und wir haben eine Tagestour zu den Wasserfällen und im Anschluss ein Wein-Tasting gemacht. Wir hatten einen tollen Tag und jede Menge Spaß. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an Diana, mit der ich mich mehrfach vor unserer Reise per Email ausgetauscht habe, sowie an Danko und Petar. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die Kinder vermissen "Kroatien"

Croatia on-land-out-of-main-city cozy

Everything from initial contacts, arrival, during-stay contact with owner and departure was smooth. The owner Danko is an elderly gentleman who is absolutely phenomenal; super friendly, able to tell a good story, but also respectful of your privacy. Diana, his daughter, an initial contact and also extremely friendly and helpful. All of the property is kept in excellent order both inside and out, plants and trees maintained. The pool area, which is completely new from spring 2019 is absolutely fantastic, both design and function. Beautiful and the pictures you see on the Vrbo site are correct with the views over the bay. There are a total of 4 apartments in the building in addition to the part that the family lives in themselves, one very large on the very top with a very large terrace and the one we stayed in with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and an adequate terrace overlooking the bay as well and then two smaller rooms one on the front with terrace overlooking bay and one on the side of building probably with less of an unblocked view (although we were not in it). The pool is a saltwater based pool, which we love and it was kept top-notch the whole week. We had already been adventuring in Slovenia so we did not want to do a bunch of excursions, so the pool was fabulous. We did one day on the ocean and next time in Croatia we will go for more water days and less land-days :-) . The nearby beach 10 minutes slow walk, is like most Croatian beaches tiny small pebbles and beautiful water with some blocking off with ropes and bayous for safety of swimmers. Also nearby there were some quite good restaurants along the harbor and otherwise we took the taxi boat from there to Trogir. Trogir is very busy and too many tourists for our taste. some good restaurants and one EXCELLENT one (TRS ... yes that is the name).... ask for the waiter Anton, very correct, very friendly and very knowledgeable. One bad experience (although high on Tripadvisor) Alka. The biggest problem in the area is the huge hotel building standing at the harbor front unfinished due to some building regulative breech and the other problem (which I know you find a lot of other places, but sorry still needs mentioning) is the trash thrown everywhere, obviously with a city leadership not taking responsibility. Taking care of that would change the impression. In total a wonderful host, wonderful place but a local area needing help. Good place for a base.

Eine sehr schöne Villa in einem sehr schöner Ort! Mit herrlichem Meeresblick!

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, alles ist wie in der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist auch super - auch Supermärkte wie Kaufland und Lidl sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Strand ist sehr gepflegt und sehr schön. Der Vermieter ist sehr fürsorglich und hilft wo er nur kann! Vielen herzlichen Dank an Danko - wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub bei dir! Super Gastgeber / Klasse Wohnung / tolle Lage

Von Empfang über Kaffee / Kuchen und nette Gespräche bis zur Verabschiedung vom Gastgeber tolle Tage. Ausflugstips inklusive ! Die Wohnung sehr schön mit tollen Blick auf das Meer. Der Strand in Hausnähe sehr ordentlich, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Nähe der Wohnung, genug Restaurants ebenso. Sehr empfehlenswert!
