“Everything was great - the room was clean and spacious, the free breakfast had a decent variety and was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. One thing that could be improved is the check in process. It was a bit slow, but the person working the front desk was pleasant. I felt bad that he was handling all the check ins by himself. When we arrived there were already a few guests ahead of us waiting to be checked in, and when it was our turn there was a line practically out the door....

“wi-fi sempre staccato. stanza odorava di fumo di sigarette. colazione ridicola in piedi in un corridoio con solo brioche confezionate. il top non hanno rifatto la Camera dicendo che era un servizio extra che però non era richiesto quando ho prenotato su Esperia. Non ci tornerò mai più ”
