“Excellent bar selection ”

“Personale carinissimo. Camera strana, era in discesa e disposta in modo molto strano, abbiamo dormito con la testa in discesa e i piedi in salita. Altra cosa da rivedere è il lavandino, troppo troppo piccolo e con la mensola proprio sopra, se ti vuoi avvicinare per lavarti la faccia devi appoggiare la fronte sulla mensola. Comunque la pulizia era buona, personalmente e servizio molto disponibili e cordiali. Ci ritornerei, magari in una stanza diversa. ”

“Excellent modern, clean hotel. Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Free parking. First time staying there so received code after 2pm, for check in after 3pm. The code accessed the building and our allocated room key. Kettle with coffee/tea in room. Electric shower. The room was spotless and spacious. Comfy beds. The only downside is approx 10 min walk to the town centre but pleasant nonetheless. Would recommend.”

“La pulizia è nella media di posti dello stesso genere: da migliorare. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene con la stanza e con il cibo. Colazione continentale buona con cornetti assortiti, bevande calde e fredde, varia scelta di marmellate e cereali e yogurt. Non abbiamo fatto la classica colazione inglese quindi non saprei in merito, però la cucina del pub la sera era buona. Spazio esterno per i bimbi con giochi e verde, recintato. Comodo parcheggio.”

“Parking was great. Food was excellent but we had a long wait for our dinner as there was only one chef on duty. He did his very best. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. ”

“No hot water in our room unable to shower or bath in the morning Room in need of revamp Leisure facilities in need of revamp Food was not hot when served Staff unwilling to help? Unfollow not a great experience ”

“A wonderful stay, delightful evening meals, and after finding out I would be leaving before breakfast each morning they provided a selection of fruit, pastries, and fruit juice as a “breakfast bag” each day.”

“Friendly staff. Excellent food in restaurant. Propery/Room very dated and needs refurbishment. Room clean, however there were a lot of stray hairs on the bed and the tv didnt work.”

“Enjoyed staying here lovely old Cotswold stone style Manor House room was fine looked over garden so was quiet I liked having a room that allowed you to open windows ! Highlight for me was the breakfast everything to my liking and staff all very pleasant.”

“Room wasn’t cleaned, 1 towel left in room, paid £10 to upgrade as couldn’t see tv in 1st room, then paid extra for a new room which wasn’t cleaned or fresh towels or vacuumed and not one drop of hand soap or shower gel, asked for £10 refund and still nothing”
