“Super easy Check in and check out - super friendly staff - communication excellent during a maintenance issue that did not involve or impact our stay. Very comfortable - quiet - everything we needed while we were there for a hockey tournament. We will definitely be back if we are in Lake Placid again. Thanks for a great stay. ”

This one was very comfortable and had a great deal of space. My family of 4 and my dog enjoyed the space. The dog loved the soft carpet and the kids enjoyed sitting at the table and still being able to watch KPop Demon Hunters. The yard was also big enough to build a snowman. Thanks for such a nice spot.”

“This is kind of like staying in a cabin. It is rustic. Very cleanfor an old building. If you look at the pictures it is what it is along with the price. The biggest draw back for us is it reeks from smoke. Whether it's from long time smokers living there or people who live downstairs, I don't know. They don't allow smoking now but it really needs an ozone machine. I hate writing a bad review but you need to look closely at the pictures. It was a convenience for us to stay in that location which...
