“Great little place to stay, we stayed there for 9 days with 2 small dogs over Christmas. Has everything you need for a little getaway. Neat & tidy & has excellent cooling, Netflix was a bonus. Area is quiet & you can walk to the beach, surf club & shopping centre. Great communication from host’s ”

“It was as the photos show, it was clean and comfortable, only down side is parking and neighbours but it was nye so that probably play a large part in that. ”

“Stunning ocean front views and large apartment. Great location. The only downside was the carpets had marks throughout and was in need of shampooing and there were clumps of black hair all through the carpets and bathrooms and supplied items were missing.”

“While we enjoyed the stay, the details do not reflect the actual experience e.g. the Photo shown of the room on this review is nothing like the actual room.Room was nice enough but not like as shown, fold down bed was very uncomfortable etc, and outside Kitchen was not my favourite thing, a 1-night stay was enough”

“We loved our 6 night stay at The Avenue .Excellent communication from Jonathon. Clean cottage, with quality and comfortable furniture and bedding. Top-notch amenities. We ordered the Breakfast and dinner food packages and this was great value with delicious local produce! Perfect place for a couple, private and peaceful with a postcard view. Location is 3 kms from Montville main street so we recommend a car. In saying that, its also a walk with views which we did. Highly recommend this place...
