“We were happy enough with the unit but only for two couples just sharing for a night - the only hassle was that the toilet was accessed through the other bedroom which wasn't so good”

“While we enjoyed the stay, the details do not reflect the actual experience e.g. the Photo shown of the room on this review is nothing like the actual room.Room was nice enough but not like as shown, fold down bed was very uncomfortable etc, and outside Kitchen was not my favourite thing, a 1-night stay was enough”

“Even though our stay was only 1 night , it was great , very comfy bed in main room, complimentry bag of fire wood just enough to take to edge off the cool night air , great kitchen , great veiws of the valley looking towards Malaney , The only critisism was being able to hear the neighbours upstairs when walking around in their unit . 9/10”

“We loved our 6 night stay at The Avenue .Excellent communication from Jonathon. Clean cottage, with quality and comfortable furniture and bedding. Top-notch amenities. We ordered the Breakfast and dinner food packages and this was great value with delicious local produce! Perfect place for a couple, private and peaceful with a postcard view. Location is 3 kms from Montville main street so we recommend a car. In saying that, its also a walk with views which we did. Highly recommend this place...

“This little gem was fantastic for our stay. The back yard and home is perfectly located and suited our fur babies and us for the time we stayed. The only let down for us was the very firm bed in the main bedroom. But thats personal preference. We like a softer mattress. We will bring a mattress topper for our next stay.”

“The views were spectacular! The unit was a great size and very clean with modern furnishings. It was homely and exactly what we were looking for. The location is perfect, parking easy and facilities excellent. We loved the mini golf, games room and spa. Proximity to beach and surf club also perfect.”

“Stunning ocean front views and large apartment. Great location. The only downside was the carpets had marks throughout and was in need of shampooing and there were clumps of black hair all through the carpets and bathrooms and supplied items were missing.”
