La posizione è buona sia per raggiungere il centro che i grandi monumenti nei dintorni che l'aeroporto. Ottimo il ristorante a buffet e ottime colazioni con scelta locale e continentale. Personale gentile e disponibile. Attenzione al servizio di lavanderia: due paia di pantaloni rovinati da buttare. ”

“Staff are polite and mean well but - rooms were not cleaned well - despite 3 of us being in a room, only 2 towels were provided daily - in the morning we would ask for baby milk and take away lattes, it would take 30-45min to arrive and even then there would be mistakes in the order Decent size rooms and proximity to the mall are the only advantage. ”

“La struttura da fuori appare ben tenuta. Purtroppo entrando si sente un brutto odore in ogni locale. La lenzuola e gli asciugamani avevano macchie e facevano un odore indicibile. La pulizia del bagno era pessima. Tutti i pulsanti ed il condizionatore mobile erano pieni di ditate sporche. Nonostante avessi chiesto in reception il cambio della biancheria, questo non è avvenuto. “Das Hotel liegt fussläufig zum Taj Mahal, welches wir am Morgen besichtigen wollten. Wir hatten die Taj Mahal View Suite gebucht, mit Balkon und Blick auf den oberen Part des Taj Mahal, welches aber nachts nicht angestrahlt ist und somit nach Sonnenuntergang nur als Silhouette sichtbar ist. Wer ein 4 oder 5 Sterne Hotel erwartet, liegt falsch und wie in Indien vielerorts üblich ist es durch das Hupen der Autos etc. Trotz Lage an einer kleinen Strasse relativ laut.
