“We checked in they did not have the correct room I booked they were sold out. The woman at the front desk never informed me until we walked in our room and it was smaller with no sofa bed. We then used the toilet and it overflowed onto the floor. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortably sized with a great bed perfect after long days at the park. Location is convenient, just a short drive to Kings Island and plenty of restaurants nearby.”
