Our only complaint would be that it did take a long time for the water to heat up, but that definitely isn't a deal breaker for us. Cleanliness & Great Customer Service is what matters most to us. There is no room service when staying for multiple days. To get clean towels, I took the dirty ones down to the desk and traded them. Also, there is no elevator so it was difficult for my wife to climb the stairs. There was a clump of hair left in the tub that I had to get out before my wife saw it.”

Everything from the spaciousness in the room itself to the bathroom and the rolling shower was excellent. The only other comment is the wheelchair accessible room is on the second floor, and if there was an emergency such as a fire where elevators could not be used I do not know if there is another escape route.”

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was a welcome treat in the summer heat. I've seen some reviews complain about the ac in the room, but once we ran ours and gave it a bit to fill the room it was perfect. Honestly can't figure out why this place has low reviews. My family loved it.”

“This property was very run down. Bleached dirty sofa in lobby, torn wallpaper, filthy doors. Our room carpet was dirty and stained, couch stained, vanity light broken, bathroom smelled like urine. The bed was comfortable and clean, and since it was just an inexpensive place to lay our heads it was fine. Wouldn’t want to spend more than one night though or be here with kids. ”
