“Clean, polite, helpful. Not particularly modern, but if you are looking for a clean, comfortable place to sleep and shower this is for you. Everything was as expected and inexpensive.”

“Good location, beside Grove City Outlet stores. Ample parking. 2 floors with elevator. Rear view rooms face west onto a field and are nice and quiet. King size bed was comfy, decent size TV, had a good size mini-fridge, desk size was good, has a reading chair as well. Facility is a little dated, rooms are ok. Perfect stop over with last minute outlet store shopping on the way to Toronto. Check-in was good. Good value for the price.”

“Very friendly staff. Hotel was decent and clean. No elevator. Pool was clean. Seems like it needs renovation completed and some more upkeep. All the potted plants are dead, dry and brown seem to have been that way for a long time. Why isn’t anyone getting rid of them?”

“Easy five stars. The location could not have been more convenient. It’s right in the heart of Grove City Premium Outlets and within walking distance of pretty much everything. The property was clean, well maintained, and reasonably priced for the location. The pool was also excellent. It appeared to use a saltwater system instead of traditional chlorine, so the water felt much better and didn’t leave my skin feeling dry. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Pet friendly, very clean, nice staff. Hotel in great shape and close to GC Outlet Mall. I would stay there again. Pool and hot tub a bonus that we used every day of our 5 night stay.”

We checked in seen construction going on all was ok that's a given no problem with that .. then the pool area was shut down also think that should be given a heads up .. there were moter cycles in and out Music loud as ever during evening hours we went to lay down to sleep at 900/915 and there goes the music I called down to ask front desk to ask them to turn it down there were people trying to sleep .. no one went outside as I watch from...

“The $150 hold on your card was absurd. The staff was great but I’ve stayed at much higher end hotels that didn’t hold that much.”

“The only drawback for me was that the mattress was VERY firm so, hard to get comfortable on. The breakfast was a well thought out assortment of items for every one (basic continental) although the coffee was not good, dumped mine out. OVERALL they did a good job. Staff friendly & caring.”
