Hotel vicino a Sheep Island - Isola Saint Helena

“I have good things to say about the motel itself. My one negative is not about Best Western itself, but just an FYI...check before you go. We were there June of 2026 and there are a lot of roads torn up all around the motel due to redoing pipes. The water was shut off about 10 or 10:30 at night, not sure for how long. It was back on in the morning. However the motel itself is in a great location on Bay Street. It is nothing fancy, but if you are on a budget it is clean, rooms have microwaves and...

“Great location, easy parking, loved the bathroom. Asked for an upstairs room, got a downstairs room, was told I was going to be called when my room was ready, never got a call. All and all, good, not great.”

“The property was very nice, but the breakfast could have had a better hot food selection but overall the hot food was very good too.”

“Clean rooms”

“We had a delightful stay. The Inn is within easy walking distance from restaurants and a lovely town park, and it has lovely views of the inlet. The building itself is gorgeous and our room was delightfully furnished, decorated, and appointed. The staff were kind and attentive. Excellent experience!”

“Beautiful property with nice courtyards. Walkable to shopping and restaurant. Nice spacious room with comfortable bed and large patio.”

“We didn't like much our room (main level of the Inn), particularly the bathroom. It was dark and uncomfortable to use the sink. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast, and very nice and friendly staff.”

“Clean Room”

“The location was idea. I did not care for the lighting in the room; it was not bright enough for me. The limited tv channels, needs improving. The room I was in I could tell there was some type of ceiling damage.”

“There was a smell in room 410, it was really bad and smelled like there was mold in the walls. Also, the water did not seem clear in the tub. Perhaps it was the tub that changed colors, but I did not want to find out.”

“I was concerned about booking a hotel at this price but prior reviews said it was clean. It was very clean, convenient, and a nice staff. The pool is closed permanently but the room was well equipped and a convenient location for a night or two. It was very quiet during our one night stay. We used it as a place to extend our trip since we could not check in to our condo until the next day. Worked out great for us! Would do that again. ”
