“The room appeared clean. There was no cool air in 1st room given plus no hair dryer. Was given a second room and it was cool, but, instead of no hair dryer it had no clothes iron. Room was not cleaned for two days there. The breakfast didn't have enough options, or some options quickly ran out. Parking was very limited at the entrance. Staff was great.”

Specifically, a globe was missing on the light in the bathroom; the faucet fixture was loose and moved around; the sink drained extremely slowly; the seal on the shower door was ripped and allowed water to get on the floor; the refrigerator was not mounted and moved around when the door was opened. Additionally, the light switch on the entry hallway did not work causing the light to stay on even at night. I finally got the light off,...
