“The place was large and clean. We really enjoyed the location for our one night stay with plenty of restaurants within a short walk. The large city park was also a very short walk and was a great place to walk our dog in the morning. The only issue we had was that the listing said the beds were queens but they were definitely smaller than a queen probably a full. It was tighter sleeping with us and our dog than when sleeping at home in our queen. Rules and information were welled spelled out and...

“This was the dirtiest property I have stayed at in a long, long time. The common areas were disgusting. The room was a little cleaner, but not by much. There was one towel in the room, and no more were available at the front. I truly do not understand how the reviews for this place were so good. Do yourself a favor, spend 40 more dollars, and stay somewhere else. Very misleading pictures and reviews.”

“This place was so comfortable, and in a perfect location. While there was some noise from upstairs due to the thin walls, the overall experience was still peaceful and enjoyable. There was also white noise speakers in the rooms to help you sleep that was amazing! I truly appreciated the cozy atmosphere and would definitely recommend it to others visiting Memphis!”
