“Our room included a full refrigerator with freezer. The blackout curtains were a bonus good channel selection on the TV nice linens and a comfortable bed. The check in was quick and smooth. They hotel is very conveniently located ”

“My room itself was fine. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the A/C worked well. Unfortunately, several issues made this a disappointing stay. The TV remote did not work, and the room phone had no dial tone. I then used my cell phone to call the front desk at least 10 times, letting it ring 1-2 minutes each time. I was repeatedly told by the automated system that someone would call me back "as soon as possible," but I never received a return call. I could have gone downstairs, but...

“The rooms were very clean. The staff were phenomenal. They were warm, attentive, and personable. Breakfast had a wide variety of things to eat even for people with dietary restriction's. It was quiet with literally no disruptions. This is definitely a wonderful location to stay if you are in need of a hotel in that area. Keep up the great work! ”

“Asked for a non smoking room - walked into a room with cigarette odor. Changed rooms, only slightly better. Wi-fi / cable were adequate at best. Breakfast was poorly done with thawed out eggo waffles to be toasted, bland gravy for the biscuits, and really; sunny D for orange juice? Toilet overflowed. I had already plunged the toilet. Told front desk and still had to wait 1 1/2 hours to have someone come to check it out. Then all he did was plunge it again. He didn't wipe up the water that...

“The property is old. The room had a funny smell. There was only one towel in the room. Had to request more. The remote didn't work. Requested batteries and we did receive them. Remote and tv still were not working properly. They have window units in the rooms and it was loud. The girl in the kitchen was by herself serving over 150 guest and she was sweet. It was her second day and she was amazing. If your looking to not spend a lot I recommend. But if you are looking for better accommodation...
