“A relatively quiet hotel, just far enough from access to the main A1. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and basic tea coffee facilities. Good for an overnight stop”

“La struttura è all'interno di un'area di servizio, comodissima come stop di una notte per spezzare un viaggio. Personale gentile, la colazione è un cesto che si ritira al mattino presso la reception. In camera te, caffè e bollitore. Struttura pulita, unica nota negativa quando siamo entrati la temperatura in camera era freddissima. Alzando il condizionatore si è poi riscaldata nella notte col passare delle ore. Consiglierei di impostare le temperature un po più alte a camere vuote. ”

“Great location. Ideal location for Southwell racecourse. 15 minute leisurely stroll to the racecourse from the accommodation. Our overnight stay was great from start to finish - easy check in, free car parking, clean tidy and comfortable room. Bathroom, including shower, was clean and modern. The sink was on the small side. Good value for money.”

“You can park outside the hotel theres about 6/7 spaces but u have to pay £10 a night and they dont say it till uve actually booked but i wouldnt bother unless u r a Druggie or Alki or a chavi loudmouth with no respect for others. The photos on your website are obviously from many many years ago because it is now an absolute filthy mess. Threadbare dirty carpets, pkaster and paint coming off all the walls, damp patches everywhere, tiny rooms and some with no windows. Says a tv in the rooms , but...

While walking barefoot in the room, I felt something sharp under my foot — it was a piece of nail that a previous guest had cut and left on the floor, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. “Our room was not as big as expected from the photos and we were overlooking a flat roof with extractor fans continuously on - not so great when we had to have the windows open in the heat and could not get the ac to work. However an extremely helpful receptionist (Jay) gave us a different room a little bit further away which was a little bit bigger and slightly less noisy (thanks Jay 🙂).
